The Dolphin DXS410 PCI Express Cluster Switch provides an economical, high performance switching solution based on PCI Express. As part of Dolphin’s PCI Express clustering products, this 10 port 1RU cluster switch helps create the only PCI Express based cluster solution with highbandwidth, low-latency and 100% software compatibility for the database and embedded cluster customers.
The DXS410 is a ultra low latency switch with 10 high speed non-blocking ports each capable of 10 Gbps per port and configurable to support 20 Gbps to hosts or I/O subsystems. The 10 powered ports provide the flexibility of either copper or fiber-optic interface configurations. The DXS410 is part of an overall Dolphin Express solution that includes host adapters, I/O expansion systems, and Dolphin’s SuperSockets software libraries. This overall combination provides a fast and reliable communication solution for applications that benefit from an ultra-low latency, high performance cluster interconnect.
