eXpressWare Fabric Software for QNX
eXpressWare for QNX is supported by Dolphin's shared memory SISCI API. This open standard API provided QNX systems a comprehensive tool kit for developing and deploying applications using a PCIe Network.
PCIe Networks are designed for performance and reliability. eXpressWare based applications can deliver latencies as low as 540 nanoseconds when communicating with other systems on the PCIe network. PCIe Networks minimizes latency and maximizes the throughput.
The software enables customers to build tightly coupled networks for PCIe cabled or backplane applications. The SISCI software fully support communication to other computers in the PCIe network running Linux, Windows, VxWorks or RTX.
Availability
eXpressWare for QNX is available for all Dolphin PCI Express NTB adapter cards using Microchip PCIe switches only. Please contact Dolphin for an extensive list of supported SoCs.
The software can be customized to support third party products and applications utilizing Microchip PCIe 3.0, 4.0 or 5.0 Switchtec PCIe switches. Please contact Dolphin for more information.
